HB Wire And Annealed Wire

HB WIRE is the short name for Hard Bright wire. The raw material for HB Wire is Hot rolled Wire Rod coils .HB wire is drawn using Tungsten Carbide dies has smooth surface and high tension. That is why it is called Hard Bright.

Annealed wire is HB wire which has undergone Annealing Process in the furnace. HB wire tends to gain hardness and tension upon continuous reduction in diameter and Annealing makes the wire soft, which in turns makes it easy to turn twist and bend. Binding wire is one of the most common Annealed wire seen in our day to day life.
